ADHD is not one person’s experience.

This is ADHD!

One of the biggest parts of ADHD is the “aloneness”

Looking around after my diagnosis, I didn’t see “me” anywhere.

As I spoke to more and more people, I realised that we all had overlaps and we all had differences. That ADHD is naughty boys in the classroom,

  • AND it’s late diagnosed adults

  • AND it’s people of colour

  • AND it’s people in their 50’s

  • AND it's LGBTQIA+ people

  • AND it’s successful people living their lives

  • AND it’s parents with neurodivergent kids

  • and it’s so much more…

So I made a Podcast!

This is ADHD! is a podcast that looks to bring the ADHD community together, to show that we are all different, we are also all joined together by the structure of our brain and that we are much more similar to each other than we are different.

The name “This is ADHD!” is intentional, because there is no one version of ADHD experienced by everyone. It’s only by talking with others that we can begin to show the truth of this!

You can now find the show on Spotify!
